To be invited, click on Join this Wiki at the top of the menu on the left.
Your invitation must be accepted by an existing member of the Wiki.
It is my recommendation that one team member fill out the join this wiki and then once his/her membership is accepted to invite the rest of the team members, by clicking on Manage Wiki and Invite People.

To set who can view and edit your wiki, click on Manage Wiki and Permissions.
